The website isn't down anymore! In fact it's better than ever!!!! Unlimited storage and unlimited data transfer. I don't know why yahoo would promise such a thing. What if I created an incredibly popular website like digg or something and decided to post a bunch of massive 40 gb files to the homepage which I encouraged everyone to download? Or what if youtube signed up for yahoo's hosting? They'd need to buy warehouses of servers just to keep the site running. Very odd, but I won't complain.

Director John Johnson is making a remake of Ed Wood's Plan 9 from Outer Space, simply titled "PLAN 9"

His crew filmed the teaser trailer in August, and I did production assistant work during filming (basically helped set up the lights, and move things around like ridiculously heavy gravestones).

The teaser trailer has now launched, which turned out really really awesome. And I created the whole website! [MOAR PEOPLE HIRE ME PLEASE HIRE ME PLEASE]

"weekly-song" 20 is HAPPYLAND. A song made for a video I mentored the production of at Lighthouse studio. I helped do a lot of the animation of mainly the red guy, Tom. What week am I supposed to be on? ARGH!!!@#!#@ I am REALLY getting behind now. And to make up for it all, I present you with a 30 second song. YES, 30 seconds. The project file is rather convoluted so I assume I'll never go back to trying to extending it, BUT who knows!

Just think of this 30 second song as one of those short intermediate tracks you find on a CD that isn't really a song, but is usually just the band saying something or a strange sound clip.

Weekly-Song #9 - "summerX"

First of all, happy anniversary to this blog which I started exactly 1 year ago today!

Now onto the Weekly-Song.

I started this one to celebrate the beginning of Summer 2008! Unfortunately, it took me 9 or 10 months to get around to finishing this. I released a semi-finished version on newgrounds in November, where it seems to have been well received. That's also where it got the title "summerX" rather than just "summer" because that title had already been taken. I particularly like this track, I HOPE YOU DO TOO!

Weekly-Song #7 - "Anniversary"

I first started making this song in late 2007, to release as the one year anniversary song for Funtastic Power! on January 7th, 2008. Now, the 2nd year anniversary has passed, and I'm not releasing it until today!!! If you're a stalkerish fan-boy or sexy fan-girl you will recognize this song because I have put it on at least one surprisingly high rated (and high viewed) YTMND and released an almost finished version on last.fm.

The song is still called Anniversary, and is still celebrating the ONE year anniversary of Funtastic Power! from over a year ago. Ah, how far I have come from the release of those first few songs. I don't actually remember which songs were the first songs. I know "Level 1" is supposed to be the first one, and apparently, according to my ancient news post, there were 10 released on the first day. NICE

I promise that I have a lot of releases queued up that are not just more completed versions of songs I've had done for, literally, years. I just continue to hold off on my favorite songs I'm working on because I feel like they have a lot of potential to be even better!! The Muse one from last week is one of the good ones though. Go back and listen to it, if you haven't already!

Weekly-Song #6 - "n00born (adaptation of Muse)"

Wow, releasing these things once a week really makes me realize how quickly time passes by. It's unbelievable that we are on week 6 of this year already.

As with the Wroclai song, I am once again torn on how to label this song. The repeating chords of the song are based on the opening to Muse's song "New Born." Other than that, none of the melodies, style, or lack of lyrics are similar to that song at all. I will label this as an ADAPTATION OF MUSE.

I have been working on this since October. It is much longer than songs I usually make, and I think it turned out awesome! I especially like the orchestrated part at 2:39.

This week's weekly-weelease can now be weeleased because it's the weekend, however, I alweady weeleased it earlier in the week (on weendesday).

It's the remix of "I want to be like you" from the movie The Jungle Book. I released it on a youtube video on wednesday, but the mp3 on my site is longer and better! And yes you're hearing right, I edited it to sound like King Louie is dropping the F bomb at the beginning of the song. So I released a clean version in addition to the normal one.

Weekly-Song #4 - "Wroclai"

If you've heard Mount Wroclai (Idle Days) by Beirut you may recognize the repeating chords in this week's song. Feedrosie transposed those chords and asked me to do something cool with it a long time ago.

I've been practically 100% done with this since the day he asked me to make it (more than a year ago), but just never released it anywhere. One reason is because I can't quite figure out what to tag it as. I want to credit Beirut for the chords, but chords are recycled all the time by artists and no one ever gives credit to the 1st person to use them. In my defense, my version doesn't sound anything like the original, and I made up all of the melodies myself. I also want to credit Feedrosie for discovering the right notes to play, because the song wouldn't exist without those.
